"START - A Journal of Arts and Culture" is a Kampala-baswd online journal covering Visual Arts in East Africa. The website http://startjournal.org will continue were the printed magazine left off, and publish regular editions filled with special analysis, artwork reviews, artist interviews and other stories on the contemporary art scene in Kampala and beyond.
